Orders are processed within 5–15 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer—we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over [$20]. Any applicable threshold is calculated on the order subtotal before taxes and after discounts.
We currently ship to [your regions/countries]. If your destination isn't available at checkout, we don't yet ship there.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help you track it down.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. For packages lost in transit, stolen, or damaged on arrival, contact us at the email below within 7 days of the expected or marked delivery date, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
