Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Pet Orbit. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened food, treats, or consumables
  • Used grooming, hygiene, or health products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "final sale"

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at the email below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing delays are common. If you've done this and still haven't received it, contact us.
